  • A:For items to be delivered other countries and regions, BoveyJewellery will process charges, in accordance with the legal regulations of the country where the items are delivered to.   • A:Aside from HongKong, BoveyJewellery currently ships to: Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Canada, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, United States and Vietnam. International orders will be processed within 5 business days (Mondays to Fridays excluding Public Holidays), upon order confirmation via email.

  • A:We provide a one-time complimentary ring resizing for rings purchased at  BoveyJewellery Online boutique. Please note that some rings may not be suitable for resizing or may have other restrictions on the extent for alteration. Consumers are required to ensure that the goods and packaging are in good condition and to pay all shipping costs; otherwise, BoveyJewellery reserves the right to refuse to provide resizing services.

In the event the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, for example a gift delivery, you agree that the recipient's signature shall constitute evidence of delivery and fulfillment of your order, as well as the passing of risk.

  • A:Please note that there is strictly no return and no refund on orders made on BoveyJewellery Online boutique.

  • A:Jewelry Exchange policy Each sold item, except promotional item , is entitled to a one -time exchange within 2 days if it is in its original good condition, and is accompanied by the original receipt and certificate( where applicable). There will be no refund of difference if price of the new item is lower than the original item. If the exchange item is of a higher value, kindly top up the difference. Please note that the consumer have to pay all shipping costs.

  • A:In the unlikely event that your item is damaged, please drop us an email at  boveyjewellery@gmail.com with your Full Name, Receipt/Invoice Number, and photos of your item within 2 days upon receipt of your item. Kindly ensure the photos capture the item and the damage in a clear manner. Our customer service team will contact you to acknowledge your request.There will be no cash refunds in any part or in full.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free delivery for all orders over £ 50 in the UK. At present, it is open to the UK.

Can I get my order?

You can now collect packages from our Swansea Cloud
Warehouse during our opening hours:

10 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Monday to Friday

Just select the "pick up" option at the time of checkout, and we will notify you when you purchase and are ready to pick up.

Do I need to pay duties andtaxes for my order?

Because it is only open to the UK at present, there is no need to collect other tariffs and taxes. Please look forward to the opening of other regions.

Returns and Exchange

What if I want to return?

You can return the non-worn products purchased online within 14 days after the order date (special note: worn earrings and other pierced accessories are not refundable). All returns should be returned to us in the original packaging and original state provided.
Please ask you to provide the delivery certificate of the return, because we are not responsible for anything lost or damaged during the transportation.
The refund shall be processed within 7 days from the date of return.
The freight and returned postage will only be refunded if there is a problem with the goods.
If the goods you received are damaged, please notify us within 24 hours after delivery so as to arrange replacement.

Do you offer exchanges?

We accommodate exchanges if the item requested is available in stock. If not, we will advise to return your merchandise and place a new order.

Jewellery Care

What's the best way to care for my jewellery?

PRECIOUS METALS
Metals such as sterling silver and brass are naturally soft and should be treated with special care to avoid damage. To care for your pieces, avoid exposure to perfumes, oils and household chemicals. If tarnishing occurs wipe with a jewellery cleaning cloth or clean with a suitable cleaning agent. Keep away from hard surfaces as bumps and scratches will cause wear to the plating. To extend the life of your plated jewellery we recommend keeping in a soft pouch or jewellery box, out of direct sunlight and heat.

RESIN PIECES
Resin is a strong and durable material, nevertheless should be treated as a ceramic as it can break if dropped or knocked against a hard surface. To keep your resin jewellery in good condition, simply wipe with a clean, dry cloth. To prolong the original colours of each jewellery piece, keep away from sunlight.

SEMI- PRECIOUS STONES & PEARLS
Semi- Precious stones are very delicate and should be handled with extra care. We recommend using soft, dry, untreated clothe to clean your stones. Pearls are natural materials, each piece is unique and will vary slightly in shapes and colours. Jewellery with pearl can be cleaned with lukewarm damp cloth. Avoid exposure to perfumes, oils and household chemicals

What if there is a fault with my purchase?

To request a repair please email minnojewellery@gmail.com and be sure to include your name, telephone number, and a brief description as well as an image of the fault. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
