Return Policies
Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the customer's receipt or tracking number for unworn items. Customers must notify us via email before returning the item in the following cases only:
- Wrong item received.
- Item arrived damaged or not as expected (e.g., damaged packaging).
- Item has defects.
- Exceeded delivery time.
- Shipper does not allow inspection before payment.
Returned product(s) must be in their original packaging, securely wrapped, undamaged, and unworn. This requires safely packing the item(s) in a cardboard box for transport, preferably the same box used for initial shipment.
